Dr. Vanessa’s Mindful Morning Flow
Join Dr. Vanessa for her heated vinyasa flow classes on Wednesdays and Fridays at 7am. These energizing morning sessions provide the perfect start to your day, warming the body and clarifying the mind. Many practice members enjoy the synergistic combination of attending yoga followed by an 8am NetworkSpinal Care entrainment. This powerful pairing prepares your body to receive maximum benefit from your chiropractic care and sets a positive tone for your entire day. There is 7am heated vinyasa flow 5 days a week at Sol.

Beyond Dr. Vanessa’s morning classes, our studio offers a range of yoga styles throughout the week, including Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, Aerial, and Back Care Yoga. Each approach provides unique benefits, from the dynamic movement of Vinyasa to the deep tissue release of Yin. You can book any of these classes through the Mind Body app, making it simple to integrate regular yoga practice into your wellness routine.
